An "Angel" company is a company that allows usage of their copyrighted designs for the purpose of reselling as long as the design is not mechanically reproduced by scanning, photocopying, etc. In other words, if you want to sell multiple copies of your finished artwork while incorporating a copyrighted design by somebody else, you better have spent a bajillion hours duplicating your artwork instead of photocopying it for accelarated results!

The angel policy may vary from company to company. Some companies allow usage of their designs for personal projects only and not for consumer sales. To avoid any kind of problems, contact the company directly if you have any questions about your intentions.
